This is a follow-up to the article I posted on Substack a few days ago about what I believe is a 35% chance that humanity will be destroyed sometime in the next 20 years or so.
I remember Chase Amante talking about the dark age also. Will it affect the whole world? I mean during the former dark ages middle east had the islamic golden age. Do you think the whole world will degrade, loose knowledge/standard of living or will it just be the west?
I personally want to live in places that has people like Isaac Asimov and Carl Sagan not medieval illiterates.

It will not affect the entire world. It will affect the Western world the worst by far. Parts of Asia will be affected as well.
If you live far outside the West, you're a lot more protected. As usual.
