You must be new to my content.

1. Read this: https://alphamale20.com/2018/07/26/im-an-asshole-if-you-dont-like-it-please-go-away/

2. I didn't say prostate cancer was entirely preventable. I said there are always exceptions where some men might get it despite taking all precautions. I even said it twice. Looks like someone didn't listen.

3. Ad hominem attacks are against the rules here. Do it again and you will be banned. Read this for more info: https://alphamale20.com/rules/

I have not had a Digital rectal for years, even though I go to the doc every year. For whatever reason, where I am in the US, they have stopped doing them

according to AI, the DRE is not a part of the medical guidelines. It's optional but they weasel out and say that you should work with your provider to discuss individual situations. In men over 70 the DRE is not recommended.

But your point is well taken. I'm going to ask my doc to do one next time I see him

"Medical guidelines" are usually bullshit. I've written at least two articles at my blogs about this.

Agreed. Much of the medical industry is bullshit.

Great PSA, I think getting blood work done annually makes sense even when you’re 18 so you can get baseline readings and catch a problem early
