Should You Focus on Women or Business First?
Welcome to Unchained Caleb, where I talk about living the lifestyle of the Alpha Male 2.0 and the Unchained CEO as covered in my primary book, The Unchained Man, which has sold over 150,000 copies. This is about living a life of maximum freedom in all respects, financially, internationally, logistically, and sexually, rather than one that is societally acceptable (because society hates freedom). No AI was used in writing this article - it’s 100% me.
Alpha Male 2.0 is comprised of two elements, both of which are required and equally important:
A 100% location-independent business with no employees that doesn’t take more than 30 hours a week to maintain and makes you at least $85,000 per year profit before taxes.
At least two women you are having sex with regularly(they can be casual, dating, serious, or married to you, doesn’t matter) who are at least physically cute to you.
If you don’t have both of these things in place, you are not free, and thus you can never experience long-term consistent happiness as a man.
So you need both, not just one or the other.
If you have one of these in place already, then the direction you need to go is obvious: you need to get off your ass and start focusing on the other one to get that done ASAP.
But what if you don’t have either of those things? If you have a 9-5 job and you are monogamous to one woman or you’re not getting laid at all, where do you start?
It’s one of my most common questions I get from my audience: which one do I focus on first? Or do I do both at the same time?
The Rule of Two
First is my Rule of Two, which I stole from Leo Babuta from Zen Habits and modified a little. This states that you can’t focus on more than two areas of improvement in your life at the same time.
So if you want to 1) start your own business and 2) get 2-3 new women in your life non-monogamously when you’ve never done that before and 3) lose 35 pounds, then that’s three areas of improvement, not two.
You’ll have to take one of these and put it on pause until you accomplish one of the other two.
Yeah, yeah, I know you don’t want to do this, but I’m sorry Cupcake, that’s how it works. You’re not a superhuman. You (and I) can only do two areas of improvement at once. If you don’t like it, complain to nature/God who made you.
To be fair, these are only areas of improvement. If you want to go to the gym 3-4 days a week only to maintain what your current muscle mass and body weight are, that doesn’t count towards your “two” because you’re not trying to improve anything.
So if you aren’t trying to actively improve anything else in your life right this minute, you can indeed focus on both building your business and getting good at getting new women non-mongoamously, assuming you have the time in your schedule.
If you have a job that takes 50 hours a week + commuting time + you have two kids you need to take care of, then you probably don’t have the time to do both of these things even if you’re not trying to improve anything else.
Again, you need to be realistic.
So Then Which One First?
Alright, so if you’ve determined you can’t focus on both women and business at the same time due to one of the reasons above, which one do you choose?
I mean, they’re both important to your happiness as a man in the modern era and in the Collapsing West, so which one do you tackle first?
The answer is easy:
You address the one that is causing you the most pain by not having it.
For example, if you absolutely can’t stand your fucking job and it’s driving you insane, and not having the money or freedom of time is really making you depressed, frustrated, or angry, then you should forget about women for the moment and get your business started. (You should join the 90 Day Business Builder if you’re serious about it.)
On the other hand, even if you dislike your job (and the vast majoirty of people do because having a job is a completey stupid idea in the modern era) but you are constantly thinking about boobs and pussy and women all day and you find you’re jerking off too much and/or hitting the porn and Insta too often, then it makes sense to forget about your business for the moment and focus on getting 2-3 FBs or MLTRs so you can feel normal again.
In either case, once you get to equilibrium in either area (meaning you’re making a few thousand dollars a month location-independently or you’re getting laid regularly with at least two women you like), then you tackle the other project and get that done.
Any man reading these words can get both of these things done in 12 months or less, even if starting from zero, provided you focus and put in the work.
And even if it takes you longer than 12 months, then fine, it took you 2-3 years and now you have these two things in place for the rest of your life.
That’s a pretty good ROI.
Now get to work.
