I am from Puerto Rico. This reminds me of there, a lot of people don't leave. Yet they bitch and complain about how bad it is, the taxes, the violence, the inept government, shitty infrastructure, etc. I left P.R 14 years ago and never looked back, people always ask me if I would go back to live. And a long "fuuuck no" comes out of me almost instantly. Most people end up going back to the island and it blows my mind as to why. It is only going to get worse, is almost a mirror to what the U.S will become or already is sadly. Now I gotta do another Exodus from the U.S. but that's already planned in the next few years.
